Meet Our Principals

My name is Dr. Denise Pendley, and I have dedicated 33 years to education. My experience includes 12 years as a science teacher, 2 years as an instructional coach, 5 years as an assistant principal, and 13 years as a principal. Throughout my career, I have served at every level—elementary, middle, and high school. I worked as an assistant principal at the elementary level; as a teacher and instructional coach at the middle school level; and as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal at the high school level.

I have been married for 32 years to my husband, Shane, a retired teacher, and we have two adult children. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Secondary Science Education, as well as my Specialist and Doctorate degrees in Leadership.
